I’ve had my new bread machine for a few weeks now and my family is loving having warm, homemade bread or rolls on a daily basis. To say that we love bread is an understatement. My husband and youngest son are probably most often found stalking the bread machine–they can detect even the fainstest aroma of rising dough. And I love that I can make everyone so happy just by going through a few simple steps. I think I’ve made dinner rolls a half-dozen times in the past couple weeks. I’ve also been experimenting with multiple white bread recipes and searching for a recipe that tastes similar to King’s Hawaiian Bread (haven’t found one yet!). Next on my list is to try sourdough bread machine breads. I haven’t had a lot of luck with starters in the past, so this will be interesting.
