I ran out of the capsules a few days ago…but I’ve had enough shake mix and patches to see me through. My order finally arrived at about noon today (it only took two days to get here, but I ordered late in the day so technically three…and it seemed like forever!) and I told K that I was going to take a packet of capsules even though it wasn’t morning, because I missed having the “full Thrive experience.” She said, “Really, you weren’t taking them? You’ve seemed really happy and energetic!” So…booyah. The patches and shakes DO quite a bit on their own. I have felt better but I’ve missed the extra-extra ooomph that using all three gets you. I know the three parts work together really well but now I know the individual components also work. Am I saying someone should NOT use all three parts? No…but it’s good to know they do ALL work.
As far as how I’m feeling…I feel great! I’m generally not getting hungry until somewhere between 2pm and 6pm, after having a shake (made with 10oz of whole milk) for breakfast. Somedays I eat a banana mid-morning if I get hunger pangs, but most days (and even though I’m counting this as day 6, it’s actually day 8 of using the product) I don’t even think about food till past lunchtime. Which is huge for me because I usually think about food all. the. time. The mental clarity and physical energy are phenomenal, but being in a good mood and having more patience (with kids, husband, things I need to get done) is even better!
