1 cup uncooked quinoa
4 cups uncooked broccoli florets
light olive oil
salt + pepper

Cook your quinoa according to package directions. Cook your broccoli using your favorite method; I like to roast in olive oil, Mrs. Dash and sprinkle with parmesan! YUM! Combine quinoa and broccoli, season to taste. My whole family loves this simple, comforting dish!
